Communications Screen
Use this screen to select the workfile status for automatic upload and to manage mailboxes.
Description of fields on the screen
| Field Label | Description |
|---|---|
| Automatically upload a workfile when status changes to | Select from one of the three options. Valid values include Inspected, Settled, and Paid. |
| Inspected | The workfile status changes to Inspected when the estimate or supplement is locked. |
| Settled | The workfile status changes to Settled when a date has been entered in the Settlement Date field on the workfile Settlements tab. |
| Paid | The workfile status changes to Paid when a payment amount is equal to or greater than the settlement amount. |
| New Mailbox | This option allows you to create a mailbox. |
| This option prints a list of mailbox entries in this screen. | |
| Print Preview | Select this option to view the list of mailboxes on your screen. |
| Export to CSV | This option exports the list of mailboxes in comma separated values. Select the option, and then enter a file name to save it as in CSV file format. |
| Active | This indicates if the selected mailbox is active. This column can be sorted. |
| Mailbox Code | This field is the code of the mailbox. This column can be sorted. |
| Description | This field contains the mailbox description. This column can be sorted. |
| Edit | Select this mini-toolbar option to open the selected mailbox record for editing. |
| Activate | Selecting this option activates the selected mailbox. This options is available for deactivated mailboxes. |
| Deactivate | Selecting this option deactivates the selected mailbox. This options is available for activated mailboxes. |
| Delete | Choose this option to deleted the selected mailbox. |
